| Level | Description |
| 0 | Has never trained Capoeira before or hasn’t trained in a long time. Our Introductory courses are designed especially for Level 0 complete beginners. |
| 1 | Knows basic movements and combinations, should be able to follow simple sequences. |
| 2 | Attends classes on a regular basis, has knowledge of the rules of the roda and can follow complex sequences. Basic ability on Berimbau and other instruments and singing. |
| 3 | A greater understanding of the roda, music and traditions of Capoeira |
