induction courses

Our induction class is available for 5 weeks. to Drop in will be every Wednesdayat Brighthelm Community Centre on North Rd.BN1 Music Class at 7pm – 7:50pm then 8pm – 9pm Capoeira Training for beginners.
You should just turn up for the class.
Please if you have got any past injuries however still wanting to carry out your whises on learning capoeira by our school then please let us know how serious it was by filling a form in class before start, otherwise it will be completely your choice to take risk on aggravating your problem in your body.

Our classes are based on warm-ups , stretches , stamina , Capoeira foot-work and low movements.

Induction Course rates are as follows:
Card 5 weeks course  for £35 / Student`s Concession £30 Proof of concession will be required. All fees are non-refundable and extensions can be granted at the teacher’s discretion. Please make cheques payable to Ednardo M. De Sousa
